Requirements :

• Grade 10 with 7- 12 months relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license with PDP.

COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of GPG and DID policies and procedures.
• Legislation and Public Service Regulations Skills- Communication.
• Basic numeracy.
• Driving.

Attributes:

• Time conscious.
• Reliable.
• Ability to work independently.

Duties :

• Drive light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and deliver other items (mail and documents). Do routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report defects timely.
• Complete all the required and prescribed records and logs books with regard to the vehicle and goods handled.
• Collect and deliver documentation and related items in the department.
• Copy and fax documents.
• Assist in the registry.
• Render a messenger service in the relevant office.
